RETURNS:
If you receive your books and you are for whatever reason dissapointed, please contact us in the first instance (using the details given above).   In most instances we are able to replace damaged or faulty books at our cost.  If you want to return books because you changed your mind about your purchase, we will offer you a refund based on the price you paid with a deduction for the cost of postage we paid upon receiving the books back in our UK office.

MISSING BOOKS:
It is very rare for books to go missing in the postal service, but of course these things do happen from time to time.  For this reason, we always obtain proof of postage when sending out books, which means that should your book go missing, we would be able to provide you with details on how to claim for the loss from Royal Mail.  Alternatively, should you require your books to be sent to you by recorded or registered mail, please contact us when you have placed your order and we will bill you for the additional costs before dispatching.
